Privacy Policy

AGGEIO is operated by Resonance Labs LLC (Wyoming). AGGEIO is the infrastructure a coach uses to run their programs, not the coaching provider. A participant signs on to a coach's tenant; this policy explains what data AGGEIO processes on the coach's behalf.

Confidentiality is structural, not merely promised

• Your sign-in email is never displayed to any staff member.
• A direct message between you and your coach is visible only to that coach — never to another coach, a community manager, or a platform administrator.
• You own your profile; no staff member can view or edit it.
• Password resets happen only between you and the sign-in provider.

• Account: name, sign-in email, timezone.
• Program activity: attendance, posts, reactions, and a private journal (never staff-visible).
• Sub-processors: Clerk (auth), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (assets), Zoom (recorded sessions), Loops (email), PostHog (analytics), Stripe (future billing).
